NVIDIA Is Porting Portal To Android

NVIDIA announced that it is working with Valve to create an Android version of Portal, optimized for its handheld Android-powered game console, Shield.

Apparently, NVIDIA is doing the port work itself with guidance and from Valve. The game will be exclusive to devices incorporating NVIDIA’s Tegra GPU technology for a limited period after launch.

“Nvidia has created a very powerful and unique device with Shield,” said Valve’s Doug Lombardi “Our companies have a strong history working together and we’re looking forward to Portal’s arrival on Shield.”
